It is not a cut-down edition or a demo environment: it is the complete product, installed on your infrastructure, with your databases and your routines. At the end of the 15 days nothing is deleted — the installation enters restricted mode and returns to normal as soon as the licence is imported.

Renewal
A late invoice does not take your operation down.
It is the question every technical lead asks before signing, and the answer deserves to be written here — not discovered on the day.
The proposal arrives first
We send the renewal 60 days before expiry, at the price you locked in when you signed — not at next year’s list price.
Warnings that work offline
The product warns you 30, 15, 7 days before expiry without consulting any server: it knows the date. An installation with no internet finds out just the same.
7 days of grace
Past the expiry date, the operation keeps running for 7 days. No overnight load falls over for a commercial reason.
Nothing is deleted
If the licence is not renewed, the installation enters restricted mode: it stops executing and the interface becomes read-only. Your processes, history and connections stay where they are — importing the new licence unlocks it immediately.
Locked price
The launch price holds for as long as the subscription does.
1. An active subscription
It holds while the subscription is active and uninterrupted. An interruption returns you to the current price list.
2. The items contracted
It holds for what was contracted during the promotion. When you add executors later, we calculate both ways — separately or as a package change — and charge whichever is cheaper, pro-rated over the remaining months and keeping the same renewal date.
3. A defined deadline
The launch offer runs until 12/31/2026.
Currency: prices are in US dollars (USD). Conversion and exchange-rate variation are the customer’s responsibility — we say so at the point of sale so it does not become friction at renewal.
